At All Five we value the importance of a high-quality early childhood education. We believe all families, no matter their background, should have access to high-quality early childhood education for their children in a nurturing and respectful learning community.

We are a diverse, passionate team that loves nothing more than to work with young children and best support them, and their families, during their early childhood education. Here at All Five, we are committed to building an equitable society beginning with the first five years of life.

We are committed to supporting our mission-driven team members with the following benefits:

HUMAN RESOURCE BENEFITS:

  • Healthcare plan and life insurance
  • Paid holidays and time off (PTO)
  • Cell phone reimbursement
  • Further education reimbursement
  • School location proximate to affordable teacher workforce housing

CULTURAL BENEFITS:

  • Socioeconomically diverse student population: All-Five is unusual in its commitment to enrolling children from both low-income and full-pay families
  • Engaged family community
  • Community of learners
  • Commitment to professional and personal development

Research suggests that, among school-related factors, teachers matter most. When it comes to student performance on reading and math tests, teachers are estimated to have two to three times the effect of any other school factor, including services, facilities, and even leadership.
