Position responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, supporting, developing, and inspiring teachers to create an engaging learning environment for children based on an emergent curriculum model. The position is centered on building a strong, nurturing, and collaborative community among children, teachers, and families.

Finance and Operations Director Job Description

A leadership team member managing a complex financial model, school facilities, and non-teaching operations. Position responsibilities include financial and operational stewardship including accounting, public and private funding streams, compliance, and providing key guidance, information, and support to all staff members. The position requires QuickBooks online proficiency, flexibility, detail orientation, and commitment to All Five’s mission.
