Alma Lopez has been working in early childhood education for over six years. She began as a childcare provider before working as a behavior assistant and teaching assistant. What Alma loves about being an early childhood educator is the “soul aspect” of teaching: connecting with the kids and families and being able to support them emotionally. Alma was drawn to All Five by its play-based program, which was something new for her that she has really been enjoying. Alma loves to go on night walks, hikes, and visit the beach. She is bilingual in Spanish and English.
