Mayra Tirado’s passion for working with children began when she became a babysitter at 15 years old and later worked as a nanny. After becoming a mother, Mayra knew she wanted to deepen her understanding of child development, which led her to pursue a career in early childhood education.

Mayra’s journey at All Five has been incredibly rewarding. Through the support and encouragement of amazing mentors, she worked hard to become the Lead Teacher in the Wobbly Walkers classroom and now proudly serve as the Lead Teacher in Talking Toddlers. Along the way, Mayra earned my B.A. in Liberal Studies from Reach University, obtained her Site Supervisor Permit, and is currently working toward my Master’s Degree in education.

Mayra is passionate about creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child and family feels welcomed, supported, and valued. She is a proud mother to two wonderful daughters, Zaraya (8) and Mila (5) and a wife to Cesar. In her free time, Mayra enjoy baking sourdough, singing, praying, and reading the Bible. She strives to be a positive, joyful person who loves serving others, and she looks forward to partnering with families as their children learn, grow, and thrive.
