Kristina Sakamoto volunteered in various capacities in the Ravenswood City School District for many years while raising her four children in Menlo Park. In 2019, she went back to school to become certified in early childhood education while volunteering at All Five. She also holds a B.A. in International Relations. As an educator, she is passionate about young children' s social-emotional development. She focuses especially on helping children feel safe away from home and guiding them to communicate their needs to their teachers and classmates. One of the many things she loves about teaching is how young children are amazing “sponges” who listen, observe and learn new skills incredibly well despite being so little! She lives in San Francisco and loves being outdoors, traveling, and trying new restaurants. Kristina feels fortunate to share her love of young children with the children and families at All Five.
