Julie Parker grew up in the Belle Haven and East Palo Alto areas, and joined All Five in 2025. Since she was a teenager, she has had a passion for working in early childhood education. Julie believes children are capable and intelligent, able to lead their own education and development. She enjoys partnering with families on all levels, ensuring the wellness in both caregivers and children. Julie is dedicated to collaborating with her coworkers on emergent curriculum to create a safe and learning-conducive environment for her students.
